Last November I was asked by the Śląska Prohibicja Restaurant to prepare illustrations to Charles Dickens novel "A Christmas Carol". They wanted to create special Christmas gift for their clients. As the restaurant is located in very characteristic historic part of Katowice town, called Nikiszowiec, the background of the illustrations should include some landmarks of this district. It wasn't difficult challenge, the industrial atmosphere of built from red brick Nikiszowiec suited perfectly to the spirit of the novel.
